Tingly! So very tingly!

I bought this on a recommendation, and I was NOT disappointed! The heat only lasts a few mins, but the cooling tingles lasted over 40mins! That was the best part, the soothing cool!!! I like to use it on heavy leg and squat days, as I'm just beginning to strengthen my legs, and it works wonders! But I have two warnings...1) WASH YOUR HANDS, touching things other than skin is an experience, 2) There is a smell...It's not bad, but it does get into the bed sheets, but no one has complained yet. Overall experience has been enjoyable, and relaxes my muscles for the next round...
