Tingly! So very tingly!

I bought this on a recommendation, and I was NOT disappointed! The heat only lasts a few mins, but the cooling tingles lasted over 40mins! That was the best part, the soothing cool!!! I like to use it on heavy leg and squat days, as I'm just beginning to strengthen my legs, and it works wonders! But I have two warnings...1) WASH YOUR HANDS, touching things other than skin is an experience, 2) There is a smell...It's not bad, but it does get into the bed sheets, but no one has complained yet. Overall experience has been enjoyable, and relaxes my muscles for the next round...

Exactly what I needed

I was looking for something to help with various sore muscles. This muscle gel did exactly what I needed it to do. My wife really likes the gel too. Will definitely order again when needed.
