Was having severe leg cramps and a massage therapist insisted I purchase this tool. He was so right. Once I purchased and received, I used immediately and got awesome results.
Got it as a gift for my parents and loved it! Quality product worth it!
I could not live without this thing. I have a high stress job and I get knots in my neck and upper back like you can't believe. They're so bad that one time my chiropractor asked me if I'd been in a car accident because my neck felt like cement. The knots give me terrible headaches and the only way to get them out is to get a massage....I don't know about you but I can't afford a massage 3 times a week. That brings me to this little gem. I like to put it down on the floor and then I lay on it. I have to schootchie around a bit to get it in the right place, but then I lay back and let my weight apply pressure to the knots in my upper back. I can actually feel them going away very similar to when I get a deep tissue massage. It makes my headaches go away. I do this for 10-15 minutes a couple of times a week or when I start to get stress headaches. I'm so glad I bought this.
Perhaps one of the best massage tools I've ever owned! Works so deep and precise! Particularly great for the lower & upper back trigger points, neck, & soles of the feet! For legs, I recommend getting the rolling pin stick tools. Combine this with a heavy duty foam roller for your gluts, thighs, arms, larger sections of your back. This one is great for muscles around the spine too, don't apply pressure directly onto bones though, just around them and gracefully restore tight toxin-filled stone muscles and soft tissue to their optimal state. Slow deep breathing before and during and throughout your day will also help with healing. One of the best is a 4 second inhale through the nose into the belly, then an 8 second exhale from the mouth - get lost in this breathing and your body and nervous system will be jelly and ready for the muscle work.
